Our office is located at 8/2 Kapursingh Punjabi Chawl in Majaswadi. It’s near the JVLR in Jogeshwari East. If you know Mumbai, you know how busy this area gets. Being part of Citigroup[ Global Services Ltd means we stay quite busy with all sorts of back-end tasks. The neighborhood is a bit crowded, and finding parking is always a challenge for the staff. We aren't in a fancy high-rise building with a view. It’s a more grounded place. The monsoon season is always an adventure here because the roads get messy and damp. Inside, we have our computers and our routines. We’ve been operating from this Majaswadi location for a bit now. It feels like a real part of the local community. You hear the sounds of the street all day long. We don't have a lot of corporate decorations or motivational posters. It's mostly just desks and people working hard on their daily tasks. We take our lunch breaks together and talk about whatever is on the news. It’s a straightforward environment for us. We handle service work for the larger group. There isn't much to say about it other than we show up, do our hours, and head home. The JVLR traffic is something we all complain about, but it’s just part of life in Mumbai. We are just a bunch of regular people making sure the service side of the business keeps running. It’s a practical setup for the work we do. Nothing too complicated.
