We are based out of the ground floor of C Block, right here at 1 Jogeshwari West. Being on the ground floor makes things a lot easier for us, especially when we have heavy crates of medicine and supplies coming in every other day. Ciron Drugs and Pharmaceuticals has been around this neighborhood for quite some time. We aren’t a giant factory; we’re more of a hub where we manage the stocks and get things ready for the pharmacies. It’s a busy workspace with a lot of shelves and coolers. We have to be careful about the temperature and keeping everything clean, so we spend a lot of time on maintenance. The staff is mostly local people who live nearby. We usually have the radio playing in the background while we pack orders. Jogeshwari is always moving, and there’s always noise from the street, but inside we try to keep things focused. We don't really do the big corporate meetings or anything like that. We just check the labels, count the bottles, and make sure the delivery drivers have the right addresses. Sometimes the rains make the entrance a bit muddy, but we just put down some mats and keep going. It’s a practical job and we like the people we work with. Most days are just about staying on top of the requests and making sure nothing expires on the shelf. It's basic but important.
