You’ll find us over at 54-B in the Drug House building. We’re tucked away near the Parijat building on Proctor Road, which is just off Lamington Road. If you know the area, you know how crowded it gets with all the electronics shops and people moving around. We’ve been operating out of this spot for quite some time. It’s a bit of a maze sometimes, getting through the traffic and finding the right entrance. Inside, it’s mostly shelves filled with all kinds of components. Resistors, capacitors, small parts you wouldn’t even think about until something breaks. We spend a lot of time sorting through bins and checking part numbers for people who come in. It isn't a high-tech showroom. It’s more of a working warehouse feel where we keep everything organized the best we can. Sometimes the air conditioning struggles during the peak of summer, but we keep the fans going. It’s a lot of work keeping track of what’s in stock. Customers come by because they need something specific for a project or a repair. We just try to get them what they need and send them on their way. We don’t have a big marketing team or anything. It’s just us here, answering the phone and packing up orders. It’s a bit noisy with the street sounds, but we like being in the middle of the action. It is just how the work gets done around here.
