This office is at 289 Bellases Road, right across from Hotel Sahil in Mumbai Central. If you’ve been to this part of the city, you know it’s always moving. There’s a constant stream of taxis and people heading toward the station. We’re right in the middle of all that. The building isn't new, but it’s sturdy and serves us well for what we do. Inside, it's just a bunch of us working at our stations. It’s not like those modern glass buildings you see in the suburbs; it has more of an old-school Mumbai feel to it. We deal with a lot of paperwork and logistics here. Since we're right opposite the hotel, it's a good landmark for people trying to find the entrance. Lunch breaks usually mean heading out to one of the small eateries nearby or just eating at the desk while finishing up some tasks. It gets pretty loud outside with the honking, but after a while, you just stop hearing it. We aren't doing anything flashy, just making sure the business keeps running like it should. The staff here has a good mix of older guys who’ve been here forever and some newer faces too. It’s a practical workspace where we focus on the tasks at hand and don’t worry much about the frills. It’s just how Cipla operates from this particular spot on Bellases Road.
