We are based up on the fourth floor of the Bakhtawar building in Nariman Point. It’s right on Ramnath Goenka Marg. Most of our day is spent talking about industrial coatings and how to protect surfaces from wear and tear. Even though we are in a corporate-looking area, our office feels more like a place where people actually work hard rather than just sit in meetings. We work with various types of paints and protective layers for big projects. Sometimes we’re out on sites looking at how the coating is holding up, and other times we’re here in the office handling the logistics. It’s a specialized field, so we spend a lot of time looking at technical data sheets. We don't have any fancy marketing slogans or a big sales pitch. We just explain what the product does and how it should be applied. The view from Nariman Point is nice, but we’re usually too busy with emails and phone calls to notice it much. Our team has a lot of experience with the technical side of things. We deal with various industries that need their equipment or buildings protected. It’s not the most exciting topic for everyone, but for us, getting the right coating on the right surface matters. We’ve been at this location for a while now and most of our business comes from long-standing relationships. We like to keep things direct and honest when we talk to our customers about what will work.
