You can find us at 40 Picket Road. We are up on the second floor. It’s an old building, but it serves us well enough for what we do. Chhaperia International has been operating out of this space for quite some time now. The stairs are a bit steep, so take your time coming up. Inside, it’s mostly just desks, shelves full of samples, and a lot of ledgers. We handle a lot of international trade stuff, which means there is always a lot of back-and-forth communication going on. Sometimes the office feels a bit cramped when a big shipment is being coordinated, but we’ve gotten used to it over the years. We aren't a big corporation with hundreds of employees. It’s a small team here. We know each other well and we know our business. Picket Road is always humming with activity, so there is never a dull moment outside our windows. We don't have a fancy website or a bunch of marketing brochures. People find us through word of mouth or because they’ve been dealing with us for decades. It’s a simple operation where we try to keep our overhead low and our focus on the work. If you drop by, you’ll probably see us on the phone or writing out orders. It is just how things go here every day. We do the work and then we go home. It's a simple life and we like the routine of it all.
