Chemistik Private Limited is based in the Fort area, specifically at No. 202 on the second floor of M.B. House. The building is at 79 Jammabhoomi Marg. Fort is an old part of the city with a lot of history, and the buildings here have that classic feel. M.B. House is no different. It’s got high ceilings and those old-style windows. We’ve been here for a good amount of time. Being on the second floor means we’re away from the immediate noise of the street, but Jammabhoomi Marg is always lively. We do our chemical-related business from this office. It’s not a huge space, but it’s efficient. We have our files, our desks, and a small area for meetings. The lift in the building is one of those old ones, so some of us just take the stairs for the exercise. We don’t have a flashy lobby. It’s just a regular office where we show up and do the work. The area is full of other businesses, so there’s a lot of professional energy around. We like the convenience of being in Fort. Everything is accessible. We don't try to sound more important than we are. We’re just a dedicated team working out of M.B. House. It’s a solid place to be. We just keep things moving along steadily every day. The neighborhood has its own special character that we enjoy.
