Our office is situated at No. 201 and 202 in Eric House. This is a commercial complex on 16th Road in Chembur. If you know the area, we are quite close to Ambedkar Park. It is a busy part of Mumbai so there is always noise from the street below. We have been in this building for a while now. The space is a bit cramped because we have a lot of equipment and files everywhere. There are control panels and various parts sitting around on the desks most days. We are just regular people trying to get through the work week. The commute to Chembur can be a real headache some mornings but we manage to get here. Eric House is one of those older buildings where you know everyone else on the floor. We talk to the other shop owners while waiting for the elevator. It’s not a shiny new glass tower, just a practical place to do business. We keep our heads down and focus on the orders coming in. Sometimes the office gets a bit chaotic with several things happening at once. You might see us running around trying to find a specific part or a lost document. It’s not always perfectly tidy. We don't have a big reception area or anything like that. People just walk in and find us at our desks. That’s just the way it works for us here.
