Chandreja Industries Llp is tucked away in the Shivam Ind. Estate. We occupy units 14a and 14b. If you’re looking for us, we’re off Tungareshwar Road, near Sativali Village in Vasai East. It’s quite a way out, but it’s a good area for industrial work. The estate is always buzzing with activity from the other units nearby. We have a fair amount of space, which is good because we need it for the equipment. It’s not the easiest place to find if you’re not from around here. The road can be a bit bumpy, especially after it rains. Inside, it’s all business. We don't have a fancy office upstairs; we mostly stay down on the floor where the action is. We've got a small team and everyone knows their role. We don’t waste much time on small talk. There is always something that needs fixing or moving. Sativali Village is a quiet place otherwise, but the industrial estate has its own pace. We start early to beat the heat and try to get the heavy work done before noon. It’s a gritty job sometimes, but we’re used to it. We don't try to impress anyone with big words or polished brochures. We just make sure our units are running properly and the work gets out the door. It’s just us, the machines, and the daily schedule that we try to stick to as best as we can.
