We’ve been here at Plot No-A-31 in the Marol Industrial Area for quite some time now. Most people know the spot because we’re right near the ESIC Hospital in Andheri East. It gets pretty busy around Road No-3 during the morning shift when everyone is heading into their units. We mostly stick to our own work making automotive parts. It’s a lot of metal and machines running all day long. Some of us have been working here for years and we’ve seen the area change quite a bit. The building isn't fancy or anything, just a standard factory floor where we get things done. Sometimes the traffic outside can be a real headache, especially when big trucks are trying to turn into the industrial gates. Inside, it’s mostly just the sound of the equipment and people checking the specs. We don't really do the whole corporate office thing here. It’s more about making sure the parts are ready when they need to be. We eat our lunch together in the small break area when the machines are off for a bit. It’s a regular job, but we take it seriously because it’s what we know how to do. If you walk down the lane past the hospital, you’ll see our gate right there. Nothing special to look at from the outside, but we’re always busy with some project or another on the floor. It’s just how Chandek Automotive Manufacturers Limited. operates every day.
