You can find Chandan Estate Agency over at Shietal View on G V Scheme Road. We are at number 7 in Mulund East, right across the street from the B M C Hospital. It’s a good landmark because everyone knows where the hospital is. We spend our days looking at properties and talking to people who are either looking for a new home or trying to sell one. Being in Mulund East, we see a lot of families and folks who have lived here for generations. Our office isn't anything special to look at, just a place to sit down and go over some papers. G V Scheme Road gets its fair share of traffic, but it’s a nice part of the neighborhood. We know the streets around here pretty well since we've been operating out of Shietal View for a while. It’s mostly about knowing who is moving where and what flats are opening up. We don't use any fancy sales tactics. We just tell people what is available and show them around. Sometimes the paperwork takes a while, but that is just part of the real estate world. We like being near the hospital because it makes us easy to locate for anyone new to the area. It’s a simple setup, just us and the local property market.
