We've been at Phoenix House in Lower Parel for a while now. Our office is on the second floor of the A Wing, right near the big mall and the Big Bazaar everyone knows. Getting here on Senapati Bapat Marg can be a bit of a headache with the traffic, especially in the afternoons. Inside it’s mostly just desks and files. We deal with a lot of paperwork every day. Sometimes the elevator in the building acts up, so some of us just take the stairs. It’s a busy area of Mumbai to work in. There are plenty of places to grab tea nearby. People come in and out for meetings throughout the week. We try to keep things organized but sometimes the piles of documents get a bit high. It’s just how it goes here. Most of the staff has been around for years. We know the security guards and the guys at the tea stall downstairs. Lower Parel has changed a lot since we started, with all the new buildings coming up around us. We just stick to our routine in Flat 208. It isn't a fancy setup, just a practical space where we get our work done. If you're looking for us, look for the sign near the entrance of the wing. It's a standard office block, nothing too special to look at from the outside. We usually start early to avoid the worst of the heat.
