Our office is located at 94 Old Hanuman Lane, right on the third floor in Room No 34. This is just off Kalbadevi Road, which is one of the busiest parts of the city. If you’ve ever been here, you know how the streets are always packed with people and carts. Our building is one of those old Mumbai structures with narrow stairs and a lot of history. We’ve been operating from this room for a long time. We deal with pharmaceuticals and trading. The office is usually full of boxes and piles of paperwork. It’s not a very big space, so we have to be organized. We spend most of the day on the phone talking to suppliers or sorting out orders for customers. It’s a lot of coordination. We don't have any fancy decorations on the walls. It’s just a place where we come to work and handle our business. The tea delivery comes twice a day, and that’s when we usually take a breather. We know most of the other people in the building. It’s a very tight-knit community of traders. We don't do any big advertising. People who need what we have just know to come to the third floor. It’s a bit of a climb, but we don't mind. It’s just a normal, busy day for us here in Kalbadevi, getting through the work one order at a time.
