You can find us at Champion Manufacturing Co. over at B-15 in the Pannalal Compound on LBS Road. It’s a busy industrial area, and we fit right in with the noise and the constant movement of trucks. Our space is pretty big because we need the room for the manufacturing equipment and the raw materials that come in every week. LBS Road is usually jammed with traffic, so we have to plan our pickups and deliveries very carefully or we end up stuck for hours. Inside the compound, it’s a bit of a maze, but we've been at B-15 for a long time now. We spend our days watching the machines and checking the output to make sure nothing is coming out wonky. It’s a lot of standing and walking around the floor. We aren't really the type to wear suits or have big meetings. Most of our talking happens over the sound of the equipment or during a quick break in the shade. We’ve seen a lot of businesses come and go in Pannalal Compound, but we just keep doing our thing. It’s a tough business sometimes, keeping up with repairs and finding good help, but we enjoy the rhythm of making things. We just take it one day at a time and try to keep everything running smooth. It is not always perfect, but we put in the hours to get it right.
