You can find us on the sixth floor of the Vishwa Nanak building, which is room 602. We are right on the ICT Link Road in Chakala, Andheri East. Being in Andheri means it is always noisy outside and the traffic is constant. Our office is a bit of a tight squeeze because we have stacks of paper samples and mercantile documents everywhere. It is not the most organized looking place, but we have our own system and it works for us. We handle paper trade and general mercantile stuff, so it is mostly desk work and lots of phone calls. The view from our floor is just more buildings and the metro line, which is nothing special. We do not have a receptionist or a big waiting area. Usually, you just walk in and find one of us buried under some files. We have been here for a long time and have seen the area grow up around us. It is a hectic part of the city to do business in, especially when we are trying to coordinate deliveries across town. Sometimes the air conditioning is a bit loud, but it keeps us cool while we are working through the afternoon. We do not use any big corporate language here. We just focus on the trade and making sure we get the numbers right for everyone involved. It is just a regular office doing regular business every day.
