We are based in Unit No. 72 of the SDF-III building inside the SEEPZ SEZ in Andheri East. Working in a Special Economic Zone means there’s a lot of security and rules, but it’s just part of our daily routine at Celetronix Power India Pvt Ltd. The building is one of those big concrete structures that houses dozens of different businesses. Our floor is usually a hive of activity. We deal with power systems, which sounds complicated, but to us, it’s just the usual daily grind. We have benches set up for testing and a small area for the administrative side of things. Andheri is always crowded, so getting to work is an adventure in itself every morning. Once we are inside the gates of SEEPZ, though, things settle down. We have a team of people who have been with us for a long time. We know each other’s habits and how to work around the tight spaces in the unit. It’s not a glamorous job. There’s a lot of testing, re-testing, and checking numbers. We don't have a lot of visitors, mostly just deliveries and the occasional technician. Our focus is really just on getting the units out the door and making sure they work. It’s a steady rhythm that we’ve gotten used to over the years. We just keep our heads down and get the tasks done one by one without making any fuss.
