Celejor The Bake Shop

We are located over in Khar West, right off the Outer Ring Road near the Industrial Suburb. It is a bit of a trek to find us sometimes in the 2nd Stage of Peenya, specifically on 3rd Cross and 3rd Main here in Yeshwantpur 41276. The shop isn't anything too special to look at from the outside, just a door and some windows where we put the bread. Inside, it usually gets quite warm because the ovens are always on. We spend most of our time back there mixing flour and sugar or checking the timers. People from the nearby offices often walk in during their lunch breaks. It can get a little crowded in the small space when a few people arrive at once. We don’t really do fancy marketing or anything like that. We just focus on getting the baking done every morning. Sometimes we run out of certain items early if it’s a busy day. The staff here has been around for a while, so we know the regulars who come from the industrial area. We keep things pretty simple with the recipes and the way we run the place. It’s just about making sure there is fresh stuff on the shelves for anyone who stops by. We deal with the usual city noise and the traffic from the ring road, but once you’re inside, it’s mostly just the smell of yeast and the sound of the cooling fans. We close up once the shelves are mostly empty.
