Being in Belapur is a bit different from being in the middle of Mumbai. It is planned better but it still gets quite busy. Our office is not some giant warehouse; it is a flat where we handle all the coordination. It feels more like a home than a corporate office, which we kind of like. We do not have a receptionist in a uniform or a coffee machine that makes ten different kinds of lattes. We just have some desks, computers, and a lot of phone calls. CBD Belapur is a hub for a lot of businesses, so we are in good company. We do not really go in for the "world-class service" talk. We just do the logistics work that needs doing. Sometimes the traffic in Sector 19-20 is a nightmare, but we manage. Most of us have been working together for years. We know how Cci Logistics Limited operates and we do not feel the need to change things just to look more "modern." We like the honesty of just being a small team in a flat, getting things moved across the country. If you are looking for Plot No 53/54, it is easy enough to find once you are in the sector. We are just regular people doing a regular job. We stay late if we have to, simple as that.
