Caventa Services Private Limited

Our place is over in Mulund East, in the Akruti Elegance building. We’re in the A-Wing, on the first floor, unit A/U-23. Gavanpada is a bit different from the West side; it feels a little more relaxed, though still busy in its own way. We’ve been here at Caventa Services for a bit now. The office is small but we’ve managed to fit everything we need into it. We provide various services to people and businesses around Mumbai. Most of our day is spent at our desks, but we do move around a lot for meetings. The building is fairly new and clean, which is nice. We don't have a big team—just a few dedicated people who have been together for a while. We usually walk to the station after work, which takes about ten minutes or so. It’s a good way to clear our heads before the train ride. We don't use fancy jargon or try to impress people with big words. We just explain things as they are and get to work. Being in Mumbai City-400081 means we’re well-placed for both the central and harbor lines. We like the neighborhood and the people around here. There’s a tea stall nearby that we visit at least twice a day. It’s a simple life, and the work keeps us busy enough. We don't have a mission statement on the wall, just a calendar and some notes. That’s enough for us.
