Castrol India Limited

We’re tucked away in Flat No. 203, Building No. 16, over in Oshiwara. Being in Andheri West means there is always a lot of movement. This branch of Castrol India Limited has been here for a while, and we’ve seen the neighborhood change a lot over the years. It’s not a fancy storefront. It’s more of a hub where we handle the business side of things. We deal with a lot of different people, from local distributors to individuals who just want to know which oil is right for their bike. It’s often busy, and the phones don't stop ringing much. We keep our space tidy but it’s definitely a working office, not a showroom. There are stacks of paperwork and samples around. We like being in Oshiwara because it’s central and easy for people to reach us, even if the traffic in Mumbai is usually a nightmare. We don't have a big marketing department or anything like that. We just focus on the products and making sure they get to where they need to go. If you drop by, you’ll find us working through the daily tasks, maybe complaining a little about the rain or the heat. It’s just a normal workplace. We take pride in knowing our stuff when it comes to lubricants, and we try to be as helpful as possible without making a big deal out of it. It’s just life in Mumbai.
