We are based in Cusrow Baug, over in Block H22 on Shahid Bhagatsingh Road. Being right near Electric House in Mumbai 400 001 means we are in the very heart of the old city. This area is full of history and the buildings have that thick-walled, high-ceiling feel. It’s a far cry from the new glass towers you see in the northern parts of the city. Our office is a bit of a maze with all the old architecture, but it has a lot of character. You can feel the humidity from the sea just a few blocks away, and the sound of the Mumbai traffic is constant. Shahid Bhagatsingh Road is always packed with taxis and people heading toward Colaba Causeway. We’ve been part of this neighborhood for a long time. The office is usually filled with the sound of fans and people talking over the noise from the street. We don't have much in the way of modern décor; it’s mostly just shelves full of logs and old desks. We handle the logistics work from here, which involves a lot of coordination and phone calls. Lunch usually involves something from a nearby stall or a dabba brought from home. It’s a busy, cramped, and lively place to work, which is exactly what you expect from South Mumbai. We just keep our heads down and handle the business as it comes.
