We are located at 514 Laxmi Plaza, which is part of the Laxmi Industrial Estate in Building No. 9. This is on New Link Road in Andheri West, Mumbai, specifically in the Sab TV Lane. It’s a very busy industrial area, so there are always trucks loading and unloading goods nearby. Our space is usually full of furniture and decor items that we are checking or getting ready to send out. We deal with a lot of international styles, so we spend a lot of time unpacking crates and looking at the quality of what arrived. The building itself is quite large and it can be a bit of a maze if you aren't used to it. We have a small team here and we all do a bit of everything, from answering emails to moving heavy boxes. The traffic on New Link Road is always a problem, so we try to get our deliveries done early in the morning. It's a lot of work keeping track of inventory and making sure nothing gets damaged in the warehouse. We don't have a big, fancy front office. Most of our work happens in the back where all the stock is kept. We just focus on getting the right items to the right people. It is a bit dusty and loud because of all the other businesses in the estate, but we have gotten used to it over the years.
