We've been operating out of the Bella Centre in Malad West for a good few years now. Our spot is A-303, right near Liberty Garden, which is a pretty well-known landmark around here. Most people in Nahar Nagar know us because they come by when their printers stop working or they run out of ink. It’s a messy business sometimes, dealing with all those cartridges and toners. We spend a lot of time refilling things and making sure the quality is okay for whoever needs it. It’s just a small team of us working here. The office isn't anything fancy or corporate, it's more like a workshop with boxes everywhere and the smell of ink in the air. We handle all sorts of brands, but we don't really do big advertisements. Most of our work comes from people walking in or local offices that know we've been around. Mumbai is a fast place, but we just stick to our routine of fixing and filling. Sometimes the machines are a bit stubborn, but we usually figure it out. It’s steady work and keeps us busy from morning until evening. We aren't here to give some big pitch about being the best; we just do what we do and try to get it right for the people who depend on us.
