Carters Blue

We are right on Carter Road in Bandra West, inside Amrut Society. If you know the area, you know how busy it gets, especially in the evenings when everyone comes out for a walk by the sea. We are right opposite the CCD and next to the other Carters Blue, so it can get a bit confusing for people sometimes. Our spot is usually full of the smell of grilled meat and the sound of people chatting. It’s a tight space, and things move fast around here. We have been part of the Bandra food scene for a while, and we see all sorts of people, from college kids to families. The kitchen is always a bit chaotic with orders flying around and the grill going non-stop. We don't have much room for fancy decorations, but the walls have seen a lot of years. Sometimes the line for a table stretches out onto the sidewalk, and we do our best to keep everyone happy without making it a big deal. It’s noisy, it’s a bit cramped, and it gets really hot near the shawarma stands, but that’s just how it is. We aren't trying to be a five-star dining place; we just serve the food we know how to make. It is a local Bandra staple, and we just keep doing what we do every night.
