Carters Blue

Carters Blue is tucked away in Andheri West, right at A/3. This part of Andheri is always moving, and we are right in the middle of it. We have a lot of people coming in from the nearby markets and offices. The shop isn't very large, so it can get quite loud and busy, especially in the evenings. We focus on getting the food out quickly because most people are on their way somewhere else. We don't spend a lot of time on fancy decorations or comfortable chairs. It is more of a place where you come to eat and then move on. Our kitchen staff has been with us for a long time, and they know how to handle the rush. We get our meat and vegetables delivered early at A/3 every morning. We don't have a big marketing budget or anything like that. We just rely on the fact that people know where we are. Sometimes we make mistakes when it's really busy, but we always try to fix them right away. It is an honest business. We just want to make sure the food tastes the way it should. Andheri West is a tough place to run a shop, but we have managed to stay here. We don't have any big secrets. We just show up, cook the food, and serve the customers who walk through the door. It is a lot of work but it keeps us going day after day.
