If you're looking for our office, we are at 310 Linkway Est, which is on the third floor. We’re right on Link Road in the Goregaon West area, near Vakola Road. The building is one of those busy places where you have to wait a bit for the lift, or you can just take the stairs if you’re feeling up to it. In the office, we mostly deal with people who are at a bit of a crossroads in their working lives. It’s a lot of sitting down and talking about what they’ve done before and where they want to go next. We don't have a corporate vibe here at all. It’s a small space with plenty of books and files scattered around. The noise from the traffic on Link Road is pretty constant, but it becomes like background music after a while. We spend a lot of time researching different industries and seeing who is hiring. It isn't a high-pressure environment. We just provide a bit of guidance based on what we’ve seen over the years. Some days we have a lot of students coming in, and other days it’s people who have been working for twenty years and want a change. We just take it as it comes. The neighborhood is full of life and there are good food stalls nearby for lunch. It’s a humble setup, but it’s where we do our best work helping people out.
