Calicom Telelink is over in Goregaon West, specifically at Plot No. 201/4A in Jawahar Nagar. Road No. 13 is usually pretty lively, and our office is right in the middle of it. We’ve been operating from this spot for quite a few years. It’s not a very big place, just a few rooms filled with telecommunications gear and desks. We spend a lot of time on the phone or out in the field. The walls are covered in old maps and schedules that we haven't bothered to take down. We don't have a receptionist or a lobby. If you walk in, you’ll probably just see one of us staring at a monitor or sorting through a pile of cables. We aren't into the whole corporate culture thing. We prefer to keep things casual and just get the job done. The rain in Goregaon can be pretty intense, so we always have a few umbrellas drying by the door. We have a small kitchen where we make coffee and occasionally share a meal if things aren't too busy. Most of our customers have been with us for years, and they know we don’t use any fancy language. We just tell them what’s going on and how we can help. It’s a practical way to run a business, and it’s worked for us so far. We keep our heads down and stay busy with the work.
