Cafe Chokolade

You can find our cafe at Katargram 4 in Malad West. It is a pretty decent location, though parking can be a bit of a struggle for our customers sometimes. We have a few tables where people can sit and relax for a bit. Most of the time, it is students or young people from the nearby area hanging out. We spend a lot of time making drinks and keeping the kitchen side of things running smoothly. The blender is probably the loudest thing in the shop, and it is going almost constantly. We aren't a massive chain with a million rules; we just do things our own way. The staff is mostly local kids who live nearby. We try to keep the atmosphere easygoing. Sometimes we have a rush and everyone has to wait a bit longer, but people are usually pretty understanding about it. We have some regulars who come in daily and sit in the same spots. It is nice to have that kind of community feel in Malad West. We aren't trying to be the fanciest place in town, just a comfortable spot where you can get a cold drink or a snack. The shop stays open late most nights because that is when it is busiest. It is hard work, but we enjoy the company and the general vibe of the place. We usually spend the last hour of each night cleaning up and getting ready.
