C M Belekar

C M Belekar is based out of Kelwadi on L J Road. It is a narrow spot but we make it work. Most people know the area because of the shops along the main road. Our office is a bit hidden back there. It’s got that old-school vibe with heavy wooden desks and some files that look like they’ve been there since the start. We mostly deal with the day-to-day stuff that comes our way. There is a tea shop at the corner where we spend way too much time talking to the other shopkeepers. The L J Road traffic is something else, especially in the evenings, so we try to get out before the rush starts. Inside, it is usually quiet except for the sound of the fan and someone typing away. We don't really have a big team, just a few reliable people who have been around for years. We know the neighbors and they know us. Sometimes we share a meal in the small pantry at the back. It is a very practical setup. No one wears a suit here unless they really have to. We are just local folks doing our jobs and trying to keep everything running smoothly. The light in the office is a bit dim but we are used to it. We keep track of everything in big ledgers and on the computer. It’s just how we do things. We don't have a secretary or anything fancy like that, we just answer the phone ourselves.
