We are located in the Ansa Industrial Estate, specifically at J-8 on Saki Vihar Road. If you have ever tried to drive through Andheri East, you know how the traffic can be on a weekday. Our office is tucked away in the back of the building. It is not a very big space, but we managed to fit all the computers and desks in there somehow. The air conditioning is a bit loud, but it keeps the equipment cool, which is the main thing we care about. We spend a lot of time looking at screens and talking on the phone with various people. Sometimes the delivery guys get lost trying to find our specific unit because the signage in this estate is a bit confusing to follow. We have thought about putting up a bigger sign, but we never actually got around to doing it. It is a mix of different people working here. Some have been around for years and others are newer faces. We usually eat lunch at our desks while we finish up our daily tasks. The internet went down for three hours last Tuesday, and we all just sat there wondering what to do with ourselves. It was actually kind of nice to talk to each other for a change without the sound of keyboards clicking away in the background. We deal with systems and connections all day long. Most of the time, we are just trying to keep everything running without any major glitches.
