Buoyant Developers

Buoyant Developers operates out of the Wadala Rs area. You can find us at the Pranav Extension, specifically in unit 2/18 within the Mbpt, New Colony. This is over near the Nadkar part of the neighborhood. It’s a bit of an older area, but that’s part of why we like it. The office is tucked away in the colony, so it’s not exactly a place you’d stumble upon by accident. We have our files and our plans spread out on big tables in the back. The walls are a bit plain, maybe they could use a fresh coat of paint, but we are too busy to get around to that right now. Most of our day is spent looking at maps or talking about building sites. Wadala Rs is a central place to be, and being in the New Colony gives us a bit of a quiet spot away from the heavy traffic. We are a small team and we’ve been working together for a few years now. There’s no big corporate hierarchy here; we all just pitch in where we are needed. Sometimes we stay late when a deadline is coming up, and other days we leave a bit early if things are quiet. The Mbpt area has its own unique feel, and we’ve become part of the daily routine around here. It’s just a regular, quiet place to sit down and get things done.
