Bungalow- 9

Bungalow- 9 is exactly what the name says. We are located at number 9 on St. John Baptist Road in Bandra. It’s a nice old building with a bit of character that you don’t see much of in the newer parts of the city. Being in Bandra, the street is usually quite lively, especially in the evenings. We’ve tried to keep the place feeling like a home rather than a cold business. There’s a bit of a garden area and some old trees around that give some shade. We spend a lot of time maintaining the property because old bungalows need a lot of care. Whether it’s fixing a leak or painting a wall, there’s always something to do. We host people here and it’s always interesting to see who walks through the door. The vibe is very relaxed. We don't have a lot of strict rules or a corporate feel. It’s just about having a good space where people can be. St. John Baptist Road has a specific charm to it, and we like being part of that neighborhood. Sometimes the noise from the traffic gets in, but mostly it’s a pleasant spot. We’re often found just tidying up or checking on things around the house. It’s a simple life running a place like this. We appreciate the history of the building and try to keep it going. There’s always a fresh breeze if you leave the windows open.
