If you are looking for us, we are up on the second floor of the Tina Leitao-Augusta Villa. It is a bit of a climb, and being near Marry Immaculate Girls High School means it gets really loud when the school bell rings or when parents are picking up their kids in Marian Colony. Borivali West is always busy, so the street noise is just part of our background. Inside the office, it is mostly about phones ringing and people staring at computer screens. We deal with a lot of logistics and coordination, so there is always some kind of paperwork pile that needs sorting. The villa itself has that old-school feel, which is nice compared to those glass towers you see everywhere else. We have a small kitchen area where we make coffee that is probably a bit too strong. Sometimes we have meetings where we just sit around a big wooden table and try to figure out the best way to move things from one place to another. It isn’t always smooth sailing; sometimes a shipment gets delayed or a client changes their mind at the last minute. We just handle it as it comes. We aren't a huge corporation with thousands of employees, so you usually end up talking to the same few people every time you call. It’s a practical way to run a business. We show up, we do the work, and we go home.
