Our office is at 6 Sun Heights, on the G-Level in Powai. It’s right across from the Sun City Complex, just off A.D.S. Marg. Powai is a busy place these days, but our corner is relatively straightforward. We provide services and support for machinery, especially for people working with stone and similar materials. A lot of our time is spent coordinating with technicians who are out in the field or talking to customers who need a spare part for their equipment. The office isn't very big, but we keep it organized so we can find things quickly. We have a lot of manuals and technical diagrams lying around. It’s the kind of place where the kettle is usually on and the phone is usually ringing. We've been operating out of this spot for a bit now, and we like being in Powai because it’s easy for people to find us. We don't go in for big corporate speeches or long meetings. We just try to solve whatever machinery problem our clients have that day. Sometimes that means staying late to track down a part from overseas or helping someone figure out a technical glitch over the phone. We just aim to be helpful and keep the machines working like they should. It is practical work and we try to keep things as simple as possible for everyone involved.
