Nirmaan Industries

Our office for Nirmaan Industries is over in Unit No. 23 of the Ganjawala Apartment. This is on S. V. P. Road, right near the Bharat Petroleum station in Borivali West. It’s a bit of a strange spot for an industrial business, being in an apartment building, but it works for us. We use the space for our administrative stuff and meeting with people who need things made. S. V. P. Road is always bustling with activity, being so close to the petrol pump. You can hear the cars and bikes all day long. We started Nirmaan Industries because we saw a need for local manufacturing support. We aren't a giant company with hundreds of employees. It's just a handful of us here in Borivali West. We spend a lot of our time on the phone or working through spreadsheets. The office is small and usually has stacks of papers and samples sitting on the desks. We try to keep things organized, but it doesn't always stay that way when we're busy. People stop by to chat about their projects, and we give them a straight answer about what can be done. No fancy talk, just honest feedback. It’s a good location because it's easy for people to find us once they see the Bharat Petroleum. We just keep doing what we do every day without much fuss. We've been in Borivali for a long time.
