Bout Martial Art Training And Fitness is located at 276/4 Mohd Moosa House, in the Eksar Naitodi area of Borivali West. It is not one of those air-conditioned, shiny gyms you see in the movies. It is a real place where people come to sweat and learn how to move. The floor is covered in mats that have seen a lot of use, and there is a faint smell of cleaning supplies and hard work in the air. We keep our gear on racks against the walls, and everything is there for a reason. Borivali West is a crowded part of the city, so it’s always loud outside with traffic and people shouting, but we don't mind it. The space in Mohd Moosa House is just large enough for what we need. We don't have a lot of fancy decorations or posters on the walls. We just have the space and the time to train. Some of us have been here for years, while others are just starting out. We don't care if you have the latest workout clothes. We just want you to show up and put in the effort. The fans hum constantly to keep the air moving, especially during the humid months. It is a practical environment where we don't talk much about anything except the training. We finish our sessions, wipe down the mats, and head home tired. It is a good way to live.
