Our office and storage are at Plot No. C-18/11, Jeevan Dharm, in the Jeevan Bima Nagar area. It’s a different vibe here compared to the big open industrial estates. There are more trees and it feels a bit more like a neighborhood, though we are still very much a working business. At Kitec Industries (India) Pvt. Ltd., we have a lot of pipes and fittings lying around. Our yard is usually full of long tubes waiting to be loaded onto the flatbeds. It can get a bit cramped when a big shipment arrives, and we all have to pitch in to move things around so the gate can close properly. The building itself has been here for a long time. The paint is peeling in some spots, and the stairs are a bit narrow, but it serves us well for what we do. We don't have a receptionist in a suit; usually, you’ll just find one of us sitting at a desk covered in invoices and coffee mugs. We spend a lot of time on the phone with suppliers or out in the yard checking the stock levels. There isn't any big secret to how we operate. We just wake up, check the list of what needs to go out, and try to get it done before the sun sets. It’s a straightforward business run by people who just want to get the day’s work finished without any unnecessary drama.
