Scale Guard

We operate out of units 702 703 in the Goyal Trade Centre. It’s right there in Shantivan, Borivali (E). If you’re from the area, you probably know the building. It’s a busy spot with lots of small businesses. We focus on scale guard systems, which basically means we deal with water equipment. It’s a lot of technical talk and looking at pipes and valves. Our office is usually filled with samples and tools. It’s not the tidiest place, but we know where everything is. The staff here is small, just a few of us who have been doing this for years. We don't have a marketing team or anyone to write fancy brochures. We just talk to people plainly about their water problems. Borivali is a good place to be based. The commute isn't too bad for most of us, though the trains are always packed. We spend a lot of time on the road visiting sites, so the office is more of a home base where we regroup and do the paperwork. Sometimes we’re all out at once and the place is quiet, other times it’s a bit of a madhouse with everyone trying to finish their reports. We just take it one day at a time and try to do an honest job. It’s a simple business run by regular people. We don't have any grand plans, just keeping the work going as usual.
