We are set up on the 6th floor of the Pinnacle Business Park in Shanti Nagar, Andheri East. This is the corporate office for Bonton Holidays Pvt Ltd. Being in the Mahakali Caves area means we are right in the middle of a very busy part of Mumbai. The building is one of those modern blocks with lots of glass and elevators. Inside, it's mostly people on computers and phones all day. It’s not a storefront where you just walk in off the street easily, but we stay busy nonetheless. We handle a lot of the behind-the-scenes stuff for travel bookings and company accounts. It’s a lot of coordination between different departments. Sometimes it gets a bit hectic when a lot of bookings come in at once. We just try to keep things organized. The commute to Andheri can be a bit of a pain for the staff sometimes, but we’re used to the Mumbai pace by now. We’ve been in this space for a while. It’s a practical workspace meant for getting things done. We don’t spend time on fancy speeches; we just focus on the task at hand. It’s just a group of people working together to make sure travel plans go through as they should without any major hiccups. We keep the files moving and make sure the phones are always answered.
