Bodyworks Weight Management Specialists. We are over in Andheri West, right in the Shiv Ashish building, specifically room C 305. If you know the ICICI Bank on S V Road, we are right across from there, tucked in next to Vijay Sales. It gets pretty crowded around here with the traffic and all, but people still find their way to us. This place started because we saw how many folks were struggling with their weight while balancing jobs and family. It’s not easy in a city like Mumbai where everything moves so fast. No fancy robots or expensive gadgets here, just some scales and a lot of honest talk about food and movement. Most of the time, people just need someone to listen and give them a nudge in the right direction. It's a small office, nothing too flashy, but it gets the job done. You’ll probably see us having tea when it's quiet. We've seen a lot of people come through these doors over the years. Some stay for a long time and others just pop in for a bit of advice. It’s just how it goes. Sometimes the AC acts up when it’s really hot outside, but we keep things moving. It's a practical spot for regular people who don't want the noise of a big commercial gym. We’re just here on the third floor doing our thing every day. Most of our work is just explaining simple things that get forgotten.
