Body Temple Gym

You can find Body Temple Gym in Milton House along L B S Marg in Bhandup West. We are pretty close to the Bhandup Police Station, so most people in the neighborhood know where to find us. L B S Marg is always buzzing with traffic and sirens, and we are right in the thick of it all. We have been operating out of this building for quite a while now. It’s not some fancy glass-and-steel tower, just a regular building where we’ve set up our equipment. We don't use any corporate scripts or big mission statements. We just show up every morning, open the doors, and make sure everything is ready for the folks who come in to train. It can get a bit warm in the afternoons, but we keep the fans going. The people who come here are mostly locals from Bhandup who want a place that isn't too complicated or expensive. We keep things basic and functional. There is no pretension here. If a machine needs fixing, we fix it ourselves. If the floor needs a sweep, we take care of it. It is just a small team running the show. We’ve seen a lot of businesses come and go on L B S Marg, but we have managed to stick around this long. It’s a decent little spot for anyone looking for a no-nonsense environment. We are just a local gym doing its best for the people nearby.
