Body Move - Senhal Aerobics

Body Move - Senhal Aerobics has been operating out of the Cosmos Regency Building for a while now. We're situated right in the Waghbill Naka area of Thane West. Most people find us by looking for the Gala Super Market, as we’re quite close to that. We mainly focus on aerobics classes here. It’s a simple space for people who want to get some exercise without a lot of fuss. The music can get a bit loud during the sessions, but that’s just how aerobics goes. Most of our members come in either early in the morning or right after their work day ends. It’s a good way to shake off the stress of the day. We have the basic mats and enough floor space for everyone to move around. Getting to the Naka can be a bit of a headache with the Thane traffic, and parking is sometimes tricky depending on the hour. We see a lot of the same people every week, which is nice. Some have been with us for years. It’s not a big corporate chain with fancy lobby areas. We just keep things practical. Usually, someone is sitting at the desk near the entrance to help out. If not, we’re probably inside the class. It gets pretty sweaty in there, but that is the whole point. The neighborhood has plenty of shops if you need to run errands after. We’re just here doing our thing every day, keeping the place ready for whoever drops in.
