Our branch is over in Kurla West. If you know the area, you know it is always humming with people and vehicles moving in every direction. It’s a busy part of Mumbai to be in, but that's helpful for what we do. The office is tucked away in a spot that might be hard to find if you aren't looking for it, but we have plenty of work coming in. It's a small place with not much room to spare because of all the parcels and envelopes that come through the door. We spend a lot of time sorting through things and making sure every label is clear. The staff here are mostly local guys who know the shortcuts around Kurla to avoid the worst traffic. It’s a bit noisy with the sound of the street outside and the tape dispensers going all day. We don't spend money on fancy decorations or expensive chairs. We just have what we need to get the deliveries processed. Sometimes we are here late when a big shipment comes in, just making sure everything is scanned and ready for the morning. It's honest work and it keeps us on our feet. The tea stall nearby is where we usually take our breaks when things slow down for a minute. It’s just how life goes here in the Kurla office. We focus on the packages and making sure the names on the boxes are legible before they go out into the city.
