Our branch is located at 4/30, Anandi Bhuvan, in the Pereirawadi area of Sakinaka. If you’ve ever been to Andheri East in Mumbai, you know how busy it gets. The traffic is almost always backed up outside. We are in the 400 072 zip code area. The office itself is quite busy because things are always coming and going. We have a lot of people stopping by to drop things off or ask where their stuff is. It gets a bit noisy with the fans and the street sounds. We don't have any fancy decorations on the walls. It’s all about the shipping business here. There are stacks of boxes in the corner and clipboards everywhere. We spend most of our shift scanning labels and updating the system. The humidity in Mumbai can make the office feel a bit stuffy, but we are used to it by now. We have a routine that we follow every day to keep things from getting too chaotic. It’s a lot of logistics work that people don't really see. We just make sure the routes are set and the drivers are ready. It’s a practical, hardworking environment. We don't have time for corporate jargon or polished presentations. We just focus on the task at hand and try to stay on top of the schedule despite the Mumbai traffic. It keeps us on our toes all day.
