Being up on the 10th floor of Panchshil Plaza gives us a decent view of the area, though we’re mostly looking at our desks. Billlets Elektro Werke Pvt.Ltd. occupies units 1014 and 1045. It’s a busy spot on Grand Road, and the elevators can be a wait during lunch hour. We’ve been based here for a while, dealing with the electrical side of things. It’s a lot of paperwork and technical coordination. The office is usually filled with the sound of phones ringing or someone discussing a project in the corner. We like being centrally located because it makes it easier for people to find us, even if parking around Grand Road is always a bit of a headache. The workspace is functional, nothing too over the top. We have our routine. Morning tea, going through the logs, and making sure the day stays on track. We don't really do the corporate jargon thing. It’s just us working through whatever comes our way. Some days are faster than others. When the weather is clear, you can see quite a bit from our windows, which is a nice break from the screens. We’ve got a small team here, and everyone pretty much knows what they’re supposed to do. It’s a straightforward environment. We just handle the business from these two rooms on the tenth floor and try to get home before the evening rush gets too bad. We just show up and do what is required of us each afternoon.
