Our business, Bhuta Shah Co, is currently based out of the V M Kapol Boarding area in Mumbai. It is a well-known spot in the local community. Being in Maharashtra, especially in a city like Mumbai, means things are always moving fast and you have to keep up. We have set up our workspace here to keep things central and accessible. It isn't a typical glass-walled office building like you see in the movies. It is more of a traditional, simple setting. We do our work without a lot of fuss or drama. People in the boarding area know us by name. We handle our day-to-day tasks with a small, tight-knit group of staff. We don't go in for big advertisements or catchy slogans. We just focus on the jobs at hand and get them finished. The V M Kapol Boarding has a lot of history, and we feel like we are part of that fabric now. It is a place where people help each other out. We keep our records in order and make sure we answer the phone when it rings. Mumbai is a tough city to work in sometimes because of the pace, but we have found our rhythm here. Our setup is basic but functional. We have what we need to get the job done. No one here wears a suit unless they really have to for a meeting. We prefer to just get on with it. It is a practical approach that has worked for us.
