You can find us at Shop Number 227 on Yusuf Meher Ali Road. If you have ever been to Bhuleshwar, you know how the streets are always packed with people and carts. Our shop is right in that thick of things. We deal in all sorts of plastic goods. The shelves are packed tight, and often we have sacks and boxes sitting on the floor because there just isn't enough room. We spend a lot of time moving inventory around to reach something a customer wants. It’s a very busy part of the city, and the noise from the street comes right inside. We open up early and don't really slow down until late in the evening. Most of our day is spent talking to traders or people looking for specific plastic items for their businesses or homes. We don't have a big team, just a few of us making sure we know what is in stock and what needs to be ordered. Sometimes it gets a bit overwhelming with the heat and the crowd, but that is just the way Bhuleshwar is. We use an old desk to keep our accounts and handle the cash. There is no air conditioning, just a couple of wall fans that struggle to keep the air moving. It’s a straightforward trade life here on Yusuf Meher Ali Road. We just keep the shop running and try to stay on top of the stock. There is always something to count or move.
