Bhavna Tailors

We are located at number 1 in the Bindu Shopping Centre, which is part of the Midc area in Santacruz West. It is a small tailoring shop where we spend most of our time at the sewing machines. You can hear the hum of the motors all day long. There are threads of every color imaginable lined up on the shelves. We have piles of fabric waiting to be cut and stitched. It is a busy little place. People come in with clothes that don't fit right or with fabric they want turned into something new. We do a lot of measuring and marking with chalk. The shopping centre has a lot of foot traffic, so we see many people passing by our window. We have a small mirror in the corner for fittings. It’s a bit cramped when we have a few customers inside at the same time. We’ve been in Santacruz for a long time now and have seen the neighborhood change quite a bit. But our shop stays pretty much the same. We don’t use any fancy computer programs to design things. We just use our hands and the machines. Sometimes we stay late to finish a suit or a dress for a deadline. It’s honest work and we enjoy seeing the finished product. Bhavna Tailors is just a local spot for getting your clothes sorted out by people who know how to stitch.
