We’re located in the Sitaram Building at 29 Dr. D.N. Road. Our office is 1/B. It’s a very central location in Mumbai, right opposite the Police Commissioner’s office and very close to the chaos of Crawford Market. If you’ve ever been to this part of town, you know it’s always crowded and noisy. Our office is in an old building that has been around for decades. At Bhanushali Properties, we do things in a bit of an old-fashioned way. We don't have a lot of modern technology or a fancy website. We mostly just talk to people and use our experience to help them with property matters. Real estate in South Mumbai is very tricky because of the old laws and the age of the buildings. We spend a lot of our time explaining these things to clients. The office is a simple place with heavy wooden desks and stacks of old files. You can hear the taxis honking outside all day long. It’s not a quiet place to work, but it’s where the action is. We are just a small group of people who have been working in this area for a long time. We know the streets and the buildings around here very well. We don’t try to be flashy. We just offer a practical service to people who need help navigating the property market in this busy part of the city. We’re usually here if you want to drop in.
