We’ve been over here at C-8/3 in the TTC Industrial Area for a while now. Bhansali Bright Bars Pvt. Ltd. is just a regular place on Thane Belapur Road where we get things done. It’s pretty noisy around here with all the other factories, but we’re used to it. Every morning we open up the gates and the trucks start coming in. It’s not a fancy office or anything like that. Just lots of metal and people working hard. We’ve seen the road change quite a bit over the years. Some businesses come and go, but we’re still right here in the same spot. Most of us have been working together for a long time. We know the neighbors and the local tea stall guys pretty well. It’s a busy part of town. If you’re driving down Thane Belapur Road, you’ll see our sign. Inside, it's mostly machines and stacks of material waiting to be moved. We don’t spend much time on decorations. The floors stay dusty no matter how much we sweep. That’s just how it is in an industrial area. We keep the equipment running and make sure everything is sorted out by the end of the day. Sometimes the power goes out or the traffic is a mess, but we manage. We just focus on the work at hand and getting home on time. It’s a straightforward way to make a living. Nothing too complicated about it. We’re just here doing our thing.
